Nice job guys! Doing the conversion on my 01 7.3 Excursion with identical paint combo! I'm using the same mounting kit also. Bought an entire front clip from a 2013 F250 Platinum to swap over. Im not a huge fan of the instructions for this mounting kit but with time and imagination it comes together lol.

@Benny Blanco not some with it yet, still have paint to do. I bought a lot of stuff I didn't need (an entire front clip) just to avoid the B.S. with mismatch stuff. I'm about $5k into it without paint.

Great job. That is a sure hard push to get it done quick. And all the body lines look perfect. You're definitely the first person to go to for Excursion and Super Duty parts. I'll soon be starting my 05 axel swap this spring. There are great forum writeups on it, but a video would be awesome.

Do u have to do the axels on a 2005 when u convert?

@@jessicadaniels7922 all Excursions are front leaf springs on 4wd. You don't have to touch suspension doing a sheet metal swap, but it would be a lot cooler if you did.

Curious, on this front end conversion, how did you get the wiper cowl to sit at the correct height? I have one that has the same front end mod, but the wiper cowl sits higher than the hood.

Gatta cut into the body of excursion amd they line up pretty well stock. That takes alot of custom" work
