Here's one answer for your calling: I think just being here right now experiencing everything you can at this time is everyone's calling. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as it's what you like doing at the time, and that changes all the time. (There is no such thing as time anyway, but . . . )Right now, doing mukbangs might be your calling unless or until you don't enjoy it anymore, then move on to something that thrills and excites you again! Sometimes we stay too long doing things we just really have lost interest in a long time ago. Just my thoughts. BTW love your channel, too. If I could turn back time, I'd correct my worry pattern and turn in the direction of feeling happy at all cost. Worrying about anything does nothing to solve any seeming problem. I'd relax and enjoy the ride more.

Dip the end of a chopstick or toothpick in the oil to see if it's hot enough to fry. If the oil bubbles around the wood, it's hot enough to start cooking.

you should get the block of mozzarella cheese and grate it fresh! those blocks of cheese have way better flavor and better consistency. the pre-grated cheese has additives that prevent it from sticking together in the bag which affect the taste and consistency. but .... this looks delicious anyway! haha

I majored in Hotel management then after college I went to cooking school and even thought about studying food science... I still don't know what I'm good at today. I've heard that the best way to wash jeans is to not wash them at all. Instead, hang them up in the bathroom when you're taking a shower. The steam will "clean" your jeans, so it will still look new.
