Might be the nicest cabinet on a model 6640 I have ever seen. The chassis design was also used in a model 664. It was a smaller Bakelite cabinet. Doesn't have two output transformers the other is an iron core choke for the pi network between the electrolytics. My Silvertone radio phonograph model 6071 has the exact type Noblitt Sparks chassis just with a different tuner design.

You could put in a led C7 bulb to help lower the internal heat a bit.

A major manufacturer for Sears in the late 40's- middle 50's was Norblitt-Sparks who sold under the Arvin brand. In the late 50's Sears started sourcing electronics from Chicago based Warwick Electronics.

You missed the new cap on the far right side of the chassis (viewed with speaker on bottom) The "trasformer" closer to the front of the speaker is actually a filter choke. It should have only two leads. The other is the output transformer. I looked at the schematic in 1948 Beitman's #125

Its getting tough to find anyone with knowledge to fix this old stuff. My repair tech is 86 and has been in business since 1957. I can't get him to recap anything. He had my huge Magnavox console at his shop. It needed a full recap and he decided it was too much for him. He currently has my RCA Victor T6-1 tombstone radio. He's replacing the cord and a tube, plus adding Bluetooth. I asked about recapping, and again he said no. Not sure how this is gonna turn out. I've since found someone else through the local antique radio club. He has my Magnavox and is completely going through it. I have a feeling my tombstone radio will end up at his place as well.
