What's the difference between your two crashes, also is playing two crashes at the same time for only one notated crash note allowed?

Different sizes and different tones for variety, plus the possibly of playing them together for a big sound when appropriate! Do you have any tips on how to quickly cross over from the crash to the ride? My school kit only has one crash cymbal on the left hand side of the kit and it seems like too big of a jump for me to make at that tempo.

Hi Calum, yes that's one of the big challenges here for Grade 3 I'd say. Work at it! It'll take some times for most Grade 3 drummers to build that speed I'd say. Yes, CD contains the same tracks as the digital download that comes with the books - so you'd get all the backing tracks. My advice would be get the book, then you can download the backing tracks and get all the sheet music too!: amzn.to/3dnIctH
