Hi, Cheryl Just bring it all up to the boil. Then simmer until quite thick - that's is really so time wise it depends how long it takes to start thickening then add the slurry. Best, Rik

Canning properly 9 -12 months ive had some - not canning properly and leaving on the side even though sterilised bottles Ive used at 6 months (but recommending canning properly) Best, Rik

HI Roger - I put it in the fridge and it keeps for at least 6 months. With this sauce it gives a better taste than the store bought ones because of the inclusion of garlic - its not over powering and you can alter to your own taste - its a more rounded flavour.
