Sweet Corn & Butter Bread
Advice
Corn before use, pat dry.
If you don't want the bread to collapse You don't have to drill a hole for butter. You will get beautiful embossed bread.

Ingredients: Fresh cornbread Panettone print, width 7 inches, height 6 inches
● Bread flour 210 g.
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
● Sugar 35 g.
● Instant yeast 1/2+1/4 tsp.
● 25 grams of cracked chicken eggs
● 35 g cold whipping cream
● 110 grams of cold fresh milk.
● Unsalted butter, cold 25 g.
● Sweet corn 50 g.
● Soft unsalted butter, squeezed into the filling.
● granulated sugar
Bake at 180° C for 25-30 minutes
