Been watching your videos for over a year now and currently binge watching older episodes… Love your recipes and your personality… I’d love to see a sausage video using store-bought ground beef and pork… I’m very interested in making my own sausages but can’t commit to an expensive grinder But feel the stuffer is more important investment… Happy new year!

I've been making the garlic honey ribs with some Chile flakes. INCREDIBLE. My family and friends can't get enough and it was all inspiration from you. If you want a unique flair on them, add some Thai Yellow Curry powder to it.

This looks great; I like how some cooking methods come into and out of fashion from time to time. My neighbor always did direct heat cooking and swore by it. I have been doing indirect heat since I started cooking, but maybe I will need to try this way.

you should try something like a mango/cranberry/habenero glaze on your ribs. just the natural sweetness from the mango and the spice from the habenero make it super delicious

This video really helped with the rib trimming. Thank you!

Looks delicious Bradley! If you try the habanero honey, fire roast half of them first and dice them with the remaining raw ones. Two distinct tastes that will really give you more *layers of flavor*. Or, go nuts and just fire roast them all.

Awesome video. I've become addicted to hot honey. Bought some, made some from scratch and cheated with my favorite hot sauces. Doesn't matter as long as it pairs well with what you're making. Pepperoni pizza is a must. Ribs were great but, it was even better on pork belly burnt ends. Put it on some buttermilk biscuits. Brush some on a grilled pineapple ring. Put it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious summer dessert! The possiblities are endless. You just have to think outside the box. Lol.

Homemade Hot Honey has my attention. I bet that would be amazing on some pork belly burnt ends! Love the golf swing 🤣.

Love it! I make 100's of half pint jars of pinnapple habanero jelly that this year i began using on ribs much the same way you used that hot honey on those beautiful ribs! My next protien will be on a smoked pork loin, and seared and wrapped thick cut bone in chops!

I made the honey fermented garlic you did a while back with some jalapenos in it. The honey left from that may just be the best hot honey ever. I may have to add a little acv to it

Something weird to eat; everyone says it's weird but I love it and been eating it since I was a kid. Banana & Mayonnaise Sandwich! I think it became popular in the south during the depression.

Me too! LOL You don't hear of many people eating this. I find it very tasty. I also LOVE extra chunky peanut butter and bread and butter pickles.
@icyredpeople89416 күн бұрын
@summersands8105 that sounds awful but I'll give it a try. 😁 You should try peanut butter on one side, mayonnaise on the other side and either chicken, turkey or ham in the middle. I could see throwing a pickle in there.

Yup I’m trying that one this weekend. Could you guys do a baby back rib cook with the Sweet Cheeks rub? I got some and I’m struggling on how to use it/ pair it up on baby backs. I’m afraid the sugars in it might burn if I apply it too soon and I’m thinking what I might pair it with, maybe a bourbon glaze? Help!

OK..... 2 questions. 1) Is Bones a squatter in the shop? He always just lounging around looking at his phone and then sometimes eating weird shit. 2) At ~3:30 did you say "wisps" of smoke or "queefs" of smoke? I listened to it several times and can't decide. One sounds delicious, the other sounds like I need to get a swab up the ween after I eat.
