Hi MF!, I have to say that I am truly humbled! I really appreciate the warm and wonderful sentiment. It's very kind of you to mention. Your right though, it's ALL about the feel, without it your just a machine sounding musician (a drum machine). For me the ONLY way I was able to master all these drummers you see me play on my channel, was to 1) Adapt and learn that drummers patterns, style, technique 2) adapt all those to his play feel, the attack, the softness, all those dynamics of the style. That's it! Experience and practice will help you with all the tech and the maturity, sensibility will help with understanding the feel on a deeper level.
