INGREDIENTS
1-2 lbs meat of choice .. you can use ground chicken. beef. or turkey
* used 3 lbs which can serve 6-7 people .. keep in mind meatloaf is great for leftovers such as sandwiches etc.. this also freeze well, just wrap in seran wrap and freeze*
3 slices bread
1 cup milk
eggs * 1 egg per lb of meat used *
desire amount chopped bell pepper and onion ( I used about 1/2 each*)
3 tbs wortchesire sauce
3 tbs onion and garlic powder
1 tbs salt
2 tbs beef bouillon ( or 2 packs onion soup mix )
1/2 cup bbq sauce ( or desire amount )
To make the glaze *This is to taste so please adjust to your liking *
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bbq sauce
3 tbs wortceshire sauce

I’m 20 with 2 girls! I was never taught any basic life skills including cooking.. I just made this! It is sooooo good. I cooked it on a wire rack tray, and it came out great,but I had to increase my temp to 375. The glaze topping was amazing!! I used less brown sugar because I ran out, and it was perfect!! 5 stars!! Just in case anyone wanted to know, 165 internal temperature is what u want for well done.

Listen!! I thought my meatloaf recipe was just fine but I tried this one tonight with a few tweaks of the seasoning and glaze (letting the spirit lead me) and I used ground Turkey instead of beef and Omggggg it’s the best I’ve ever had. I will never make it another way. I was nervous that i would have to adapt the cooking time due to turkey drying out quickly but I didn’t have to change any of the directions! I follow all of your recipes and books including the weight loss book and sis you haven’t steered me wrong yet! Out here doing the work of The Lord! Thank you so much for sharing your gifts!

Absolutely A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.! So moist and delicious! My son hates meatloaf, and when he heard that meatloaf was for dinner, he immediately took out the bread, Lunch meat and cheese to make himself his usual sandwich when he didn't want what I was preparing. I let him make his sandwiches, but once he started smelling my meatloaf baking, he came into the kitchen to ask "what else" was I cooking? I had just got done glazing it and waiting for it to rest... I asked him to just try a piece which he did. Long story short, he's just about eaten 1/2 the loaf (I only used 1 lb of meat.) I've been making meatloaf like this for years. Most people have dry meatloaf with no glaze at all or just ketchup without even caramelizing it. I think knowing how to cook is an inherent gift not many possess. This lady has the gift 💯
