INGREDIENTS:
6 Med-Large Sweet Potatoes
1 C White Sugar or sweeten to your preferred taste
1 C Brown Sugar or sweeten to your preferred taste
Dash of salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tablespoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
1 C Milk
4 Eggs
1 Stick of Butter
TOPPING
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Stick of Softened Butter
Pecans Optional

Hi Ms. Donna. Love your show . Can I give you a little tip on your Sweet Potato Crunch! ...Mix brown sugar & flour together then microwave the butter and stir in. . I also add coconut to my crunch sometimes along with pecans or not. ❤.

God bless you and your family. I made my regular candy yams cook them and slice them up. Put my seasoning & flavor on them. Cook in the oven for 20min & add the topping you made on top.
