1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 large onion(quartered)
3 red and green bell peppers
2 tablesppon sugar
1/2 cup water
slurry(1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tablespoon water)
