Rachel, I think I bought that same planner from Amazon last month! We have great taste. =) My neighborhood was built on top of a former rock quarry and I've dug up hundreds of pretty good sized rocks that I put around my large backyard flower garden (like you & your son did). It's kind of tricky to mow around; sometimes I move the rocks sometimes I don't. I also use a weed whacker to trim around them. My favorite part of your video was your repurposed birdbath-into-a-planter. I love the colors and shapes of the flowers you chose to put it it. Thanks for sharing.

I love this video! I have a lot of experience with Begonias. They should do really well after being transplanted into a larger container. I have them on my front porch in red, yellow, and pink. My favorite go-to cleaner is Windex. I know it has a lot of chemicals, and I've tried to get away from using it. I always end up going back to it because it works great on cleaning so many different things. Once my brother purchased an old van with mold growing on it. I helped him wash it with Windex and wax it. You wouldn't believe how good it looked afterwards! I hope you and your family are having a wonderful summer.

The Dollar Tree scrub brush works great in the bathroom too. Super for bath tub and shower walls. They are always hard to find at our local Dollar Tree but worth the 1.25! Love your videos, Rachel! Thank you!

I agree about the planners. I just want lots of space to write and it has to be regular paper (not shiny) so I can erase easily. No stickers, no illustrations, no extras. I do my meal plans, note appointments, work schedules, and to-dos in my planner. I like the pretty covers on yours too 💐

Love the lillies. My Uncle had the most beautiful floral garden when I was growing up. Great job on the birdbath planter. Maybe add small plastic fencing ( Dollar Tree) around your planter to keep the Quail out. I love teak wood. TFS 😊❤👍🌾🪴🌷

Planter is so cute. I did a similar project this summer with some plants that separate weren't spectacular but when all together made a statement. THEN I was so excited I added a concrete bunny in the middle. So cute. Thanks for sharing your finds.

Rachel, Ageratum is pronounced aj-uh-rey-tum. It is often used as a border plant. If you had more it would look amazing with your rock edging.

We threw a broken bird bath away last Fall. Wish I had thought of your idea!! How adorable!! I also use Dawn for do many things. Have used it for many years. Loved all your work on your garden decor and the Dollar Tree haul - I had someone say to me recently they didn’t like the term ‘junk drawer’ as it sounded negative and gave that description to the items inside - I liked that and am now referring to my own drawer as a ‘necessary drawer’ which I like so much better! 💗

Thank you! I'm battling grasshopper invasion and aphids, so many are not looking as healthy as I'd like. Locals have told me the grasshoppers are really bad this year -- I'm guessing this amount of destruction isn't normal. 😅
