These look delicious, I am a huge fan of sweet corn. Unfortunately my house mate isn't. I might have to try the batter and add in some different veges. The consistency looked amazing and I hope that they tasted as good as they looke.

These look so good! Will definitely have to give them a try, I think I've made sweetcorn fritters before (a looong time ago) but this recipe looks like a lot less faff and mess - though I always make a mess in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing :) Bethan x

I'm not a fan of sweetcorn I prefer sweet popcorn and here is all the difference, the pop hahahaha, but looks really good ! love it
