Yeah you're probably right. I can't remember the time I made the comment, a month ago. I am just not a fan of mini games within a game. If it going to be in the game, the least make it purely optional

Fort condor was an enjoyable mini game in the original, this is just frustrating as hell. The time limit is what makes it so damn annoying. I could win this no problem without my base getting destroyed. But the time limit makes it so frustrating, because placing your units eats up time and the enemy has far more advantageous units. Especially the wolf enemy. More than anything. Why don't i have a unit that can just run right through the enemy and give me an immediate advantage. Amd the hero units aren't nearly as effective as that damn thing. By far.

I struggled trying to replicate his 4th and for around an hour. Then I said screw it and took the tower defense approach and just got up front and loaded trebuchets where he placed his attacking the boss and won first try. Hope that helps someone. Used cloud and tifa on final.

The strategies can be helpful, and I'm thankful, explaining which units are being put down and when would be even better. The amount of replaying in slow motion to see what's being put down, when something else is being talked about, is unreal. It's already frustrating enough 😅

Totally fair. I explain it in better detail in the hard mode guide, this was just something to give you an understanding of the general strats.

@@SweetJohnnyCage fair enough, your strats helped me get past 'Chadley the Frustrating' and make a mockery of hard mode in intermission, plus I made it through so all's well... Was about to check out hard mode then saw it's coming up 4am UK time, so maybe I'll check it out, with your other video tomorrow 👌🏼 Appreciate the guides mate, they help.

I hope Square will learn their lesson from the awful sales numbers for FF7 Rebirth. Endless side quests and frustrating as hell mini games is not what we wanted from a FF7 remake. I just hope sales don't tank to the point where Square decides not to bother with part 3.

For me team 1-3 worked great with the 3rd battle, the ballista did a lot of damage

What I don’t get is that the opponent wins if they destroy your side towers but even if you have more towers left without destroying the middle one you still lose? What the fuck 😂😂

Yea he's pretty annoying with that. I recommend spawning ranged units when you're about to move in, and continue to spawn them as much as you can. Let them walk toward the boss, don't spawn them right in his face.

The only way is to put a ton of Batista in a row in front of him and out of his range as soon as possible. Finnaly beat him with 20 seconds

this minigame is absolute trash. Before you could win doing more damage when the clock runs out. i destroy 2 out of 3 and still lose even though they never touched my base. i hate this lame crap.
