This plane is adorable! The flavors sound perfect. Quick question: How do you know when or if structure is needed? For instance sometimes dowels or straws are placed in your cakes. Are there any clues or ques that structural pieces will be required?

Thank you! And yes! If a cake is going to be tiered such as another cake placed on top of it then dowels are necessary or I really like to use dowels when there's a loose filling and or it is going to be traveling. It just helps keep everything in line while send transit 💕💕
