Every sans comes from a different AU (Alternate Universe). The tentacle one is Nightmare Sans (dreamtale) the axe one is Horror Sans (horrortale) the one with a knife is killer sans (killertale) the glitchy one is error sans/Error (an incomplete AU which is a bit of his lore so he doesn't have a universe) and the hooded one is dust sans (dusttale). None of these are classic sans and the undertale AU community is very cool :)

So in Ichika's animation, the Sans featured from Undertale alternate universes were: Killer Sans (In this universe Chara has taken over Frisk and only does genocide runs. Sans goes insane and joins Chara in her genocide spree), Horrortale Sans (The monsters stay trapped in the underground where Undyne hurts Sans, which causes him to become irrational and crazy, for his magic in hopes of restoring the Core but it fails and everyone is starving so they eat any human that falls), Nightmare Sans (Two brother Sanses Dream and Nightmare are charged with the responsibility of watching over a tree that grows both gold and black apples. The other villagers admire Dream but they abuse Nightmare eventually forcing him into eating a black apple that corrupts him.), Error Sans (a Sans that escaped into the void before he died in order to help other timelines not suffer a genocide route but he stayed in the void so long he eventually became corrupted and lost all memory. He has a hated of other alternate universes believing them to be glitches and will actively seek to destroy them) and finally Dust Sans (Much like Killer's universe this universe also only knows genocide runs. Dust Sans also goes insane but instead of joining Chara he ends up committing genocide in an attempt to gain enough LV to defeat them). I hope this clears some of the confusion. Also, this group is known as the Bad Sanses and they all work for Nightmare. Note: sometimes Fell Sans (pretty much an edgy version of Undertale where it really is kill or be killed in that universe) is also part of the Bad Sanses but I think most people like him being one of the good guys.
