Great to see a video! Just a quick salad comment, my recent favorite salad topping is crispy mushrooms. 15 @400 in air fryer (flavor pass) then dehydrate for 2-3 hours. Either sliced or quartered work well. As far as Jasmines comments on chia pudding, I don’t just think it’s disturbing to look at but the texture always gets me too.

With the Kimbap, I put a slice of pink sushi ginger (I buy in a jar), and dip it in soy sauce, just like at the sushi restaurant. Really yummy that way.

The cheese crackers are interesting. There’s so many out there that are cauliflower based and tasteless. 😭 It’s hard to find a good one that isn’t from Earth Balance. Thanks for the recommendation!
