Pretty amazing that Sweetwater could send a camera guy and two top professionals from the company to France, but couldn't spend another few hundred dollars to either hire a sound guy or bring a wire lav and recorder along.

That does seem like an oversight… it just seems like such an easy fix that could have fit in anyone’s bag. Zoom or Tascam self recording packs, you know?

Actually, we put the woofer assembly on a special machine that induces a strong magnetic field. the magnet does not get hot and it takes only about 30 seconds to magnetize.
