Another MILESTONE for our Amazing E23!! E23 spots Momma flying in with Roadkill and intercepts at the pond-bank. E takes control of the RK, and a few minutes later Momma flies to the Drive Side Pond Snag. E23 flies off in the opposite direction and appears to be in one of the church trees. Momma perches above E23 and then E23 flies with the prey to the nest tree!! E works on it for a little while, but gives up on it and F23 comes in to help...unfortunately, it seems like the carcass is too old and dry and she soon leaves. Nonetheless, a great opportunity and learning experience for E23!! CONGRATULATIONS Sweet Boy, you are a real GO-GETTER!! By the way, I've not seen an eaglet this young attempt to do this!!! 🌠 CORRECTION: It seems to be the consensus that it was M15 that brought the Roadkill to the Pond Bank, not Momma.

When E23 starts her/his journey I have a feeling that nobody will have to worry about this one!! This is a success story!! Great job M15 and F23!!

WOW!!!!! So impressive!!! But most of all, it's an excellent sign that E23 will be adept at hunting, and that is the biggest item of importance that will assure him/her of success! I wish we could see how E21 and E22 are doing.... I hope they found one another and are hanging out together, hunting and eating and having fun! 😍🤩🥰@@DMStarXOXO

@@melissajanaemiddleton6811Yes, it gives us all some assurance doesn't it. The hardest part, every season, is not being able to continue following the young one's journeys. I think 21 & 22 had an amazing training in ways no others I have witnessed, and my hope is that it all made them stronger faster and they are thriving beautifully (hopefully together)

Well!! This E23 is most certainly accomplishing soooo much more then any of the other offsprings I’ve seen from this nest.🥰👏🏻👏🏻🦅❤️. I’m so proud of her for doing the right thing and she is just way ahead of an Eaglets/Juvies learning and it seems too that she is learning a lot on her own and also by her watching her parents too. I absolutely just love how mom LadyF23 and dad Magnificent15 let her try it on her own then if she is not able or not enough meat or old as this one was, they go to get food for her and they end up feeding her which just makes me smile cause she do want ave to ever starve. WOW!! I truly am loving this season with this family cause M15 has shown F23 so much and she was a fast learner too and then, they have been working so wonderfully as a team too and even to this day, then both have been a great team in raising their sweet E23 even though it’s unfortunate that the other sibling had to pass but I think it was God’s plan. Now with all that training and E23 knowing how to watch her parents has done an exceptional job. This Juvie will definitely succeed in life and it’s so sad that we can’t see how she will be doing once she is gone from the nest like the other sets of Juvies from the past three seasons since I’ve been watching. What a incredible capture!! I notice after you posted...now everyone posts! This is why I vote you the Queen my friend!! E23 reminds me of E6! Full of instinct and smarts! Fearless and excels at everything he does! A leader and his parents know it! He is hitting all his milestones not only early...but with ease! I love each and every baby from this nest....but now and then...some just stand out! E6 was fearless, E20 a hunter, E9 a total cutie pie, and E23 rivals them all! Even avoiding the power lines seems effortless to him!! He will go far!!! Bless you my friend for having the keen eye and diligence to keep us informed 1st!! You Are The Best!!! Hello my friend. Thanks so much for sharing your insights! I was not around for E6, but I enjoy hearing about the comparisons. E9 was my first experience and the rest is history! Each eaglet is so intricate and beautiful in their ways. I especially cherish the moments I see them catch a fish and my doubts are erased for the moment...I have grown with respect & love for F23, she has been an awesome mate & mother
