I just can’t believe that E23 is already jumping up onto the spike and then the attic too.😁🥰🦅👏🏻👏🏻. However, I’m just not ready for it and it just seems that each Eaglet or sets of Eaglets are doing their milestones too early cause it means that they are going to be fledging and I’m just not ready for it too. But, I’m definitely sure that mom and dad are so happy and pleased with their baby and they know they’ve done a good job and what they were supposed to do to do to help their E go succeed. I don’t know what is in the fish but, every season, the E’s are fledging way too early but it’s still a success. I don’t want this season to be over yet. I’m sure that E23 still has to learn a few more things till he/she is ready to really leave for good. With the wingspan, I really am believing that E23 is a female. Great job mom and dad and hugs love ndnmnay blessings to thia awesome Eagle family. I just can’t wait till next season. Can we tell for sure our baby is a boy or girl? look at how gorgeous 'it' has become, I would tend to agree it's a girl. but then, recall how feisty it was fighting over food with Mom and Dad, methinks it's a boy! ;)

This young bird seems way ahead of schedule on preparing to fledge. I have to wonder how much of that is due to being an "only child?"

Pretty soon he will be leaving us heartbroken. I am more than sure that some of the sub adults who come to visit the nest are off spring that were born in this nest.
