Suzuki G13B doesn't have variable valve timing such as VTEC. Different cams like mine (let's say rally cams) sive You more power in higher rpm but at the same moment on lower rpm you have less power and torque.

Yes - because I have different cams that work properly in highr rpm (4000-7000). Besides that JDM version of Swift GTi - Cultus GTi has fuel cut at 8600rpm.
