Some advice when doing benching is that you always use a damp sponge to finish it. Firstly, you smooth any sharp edges, and it looks better
@Elbows-Deep5 ай бұрын
Normally would do just that but but it was a little tight in there and was just a quick job, didnt have time to wait for it to set a little so i could smooth it up.

Another fine job Jamie. Any idea what those stubs were from? I can only imagine leftovers from mud-jacking (concrete leveling). All the best.

With the proximity to the steps, could be handrail mountings from when there was a door in the wall?
@Elbows-Deep5 ай бұрын
They are from a hand rail that was there when a door was in place.

Sand+cement+hand-mix = tradesman As for terminology, don’t adjust anything. If ppl can’t figure out colloquialisms like Hoover, bin, tin, tip, skip or torch, they just need to learn, or figure out how to operate ‘the Google’

Why oh why don't you drain guys always have a bucket or trug with you, to put the silt/crap straight into , saves double handling things and saves time on clean up. Work smarter
@Elbows-Deep5 ай бұрын
We do. Its only done like this for video because it gives a better sense of how much and what comes out, thats all. If you watch other channels, many do things a little different when recording just because it works better on camera.

Come on now choose some different music. You know you should
@22Purplemist5 ай бұрын
The music is unnecessary imho. The background sounds are more than acceptable
@Elbows-Deep5 ай бұрын
Do you have an alternate choice of royalty free music.
@Elbows-Deep5 ай бұрын
The music is necessary sometimes. when there is no sound like in this case or if a prolonged silence, its fills the gaps and and stops boring bits being so boring
@22Purplemist5 ай бұрын
@@Elbows-Deep - I disagree. I would prefer it without and there are no boring parts in your videos 🙂
