That was a crazy amount of scale! Completely chockers. That took some patience, but you sorted it. Our pronunciations here are quite different. We pronounce it “urine al” instead of “ur I nal.” Good job Jamie and Becky!

Nothing like a good uric acid clean out to relax to after me and 2 teens have been trying to build a utility shed 😅😅😅. Btw we do say pull it out in America 😂😂😂

Urinals are the most disgusting part of your job in my opinion. I can handle the kitchen fat, and the poop, but for some reason the Uric Acid build up that you pulled outta this drain makes me gag like nothin' else.

considering all the hardness of the water is filtered out into a concentrated Pee, Unless constant enzymes are used to break down the uric acid fully, bad idea. if this is a thing tho i would guess they must be getting treated constantly

Hi Jamie and Becky. In the drought in the early 2000s in Australia they started installing Waterless Urinals. How on Earth are these going to work with this crystaline buildup. How will the crystals clear the pipes without water. I see a lot of the problems experienced by the Drain Cleaners here are caused by low flush toilet not using enough water to move solids through the system and then a blockage occurs. Love Ya Work. You are the second drain cleaner that pronounces urinal as u-ri-nal, it took me a while to figure out what you referring to. We call it ur-i-nal. Still getting used to your accent. What a lot of pee today!

It is by far, I once did a macerater that had been blocked and continued to use and when I sucked that out the air was no longer breathable and my eyes were on fire from the ammonia. So bad 🤢
