I bought a 16 combi prospector last Fall and had one 4 day trip with it. What a great boat. I added a foot brace for the center seat, which I absolutely love. Also added skid plates. I did one modification. Boundary Waters Wilderness sells these 3 inch high foam yoke pads, but they don't fit on custom curved yokes. So I took a piece of maple, shaped it around my head and shoulder, and permanently mounted the pads. I use the Swift yoke for moderate portages, and take the foam pad one for trips with long portages. Perhaps Swift should consider a straight yoke option for this type of foam pad addition.

I bought my first new canoe in 30 years last fall ( Pack 13.8) Looks like it won’t be that long between new canoes this time. I can’t wait to see them in person. Nice!

If I was to get a Forged Carbon kayak, I would want the black forged carbon on the hull, with the red and black forged carbon fade on the deck, similar to the sunburst orange fade. If you need a place to store it, I have a rack spot open up in Hanmer, Ontario! I was blown away with the Epoxy resin, so much so that I got my upcoming boat changed immediately after seeing this video. I am so excited to get my new boat, I wish I could buy 2 of them. I'm sure there will be many excited new customers after watching this!

After paddling the Larder River in 2021 and the Lady Evelyn river last year, I can vouch for the Expedition Kevlar for being a really tough boat but with this new UV shield.... total game changer. But then with all the rock bashing I put my canoe through, I'm anxious to see more on this Dumoine canoe in how it performs in rapids.

Has Swift and the tech team there investigated the ceramic wipe on coatings that are now being used on cars? N3Nano is one that I have seen being used on epoxy surfaces. . .

The UV Shield outer coating gives gives enhanced UV protection to our standard builds with our Epoxy-Vinylester Resin and to our upgrade option with our Epoxy Resin builds!

Our definition of a Pack boat is a boat with a modified canoe shape that has a kayak seat and foot braces in it!

We do not have the Quetico mould but the Keewaydin 16 is a super sweet canoe! The Quetico is a 15'10" canoe, do you have one?

@@billswift8022 I wish I did, my cousin has a keewaydin, it would be interesting to compare the specs of the two canoes, there was something about that quetico, effortless paddling, good recovery, and was fast under load. Anyone that has one won't part with it!!!
