Your boats are truly stunning this just isn't manufacturing its art.

I grew up paddling a big, old, beat-up 18-foot fiberglass tandem canoe as my solo boat (in the front seat facing backwards), and later in life that experience made me appreciate just how incredible and innovative Swift’s products are. Anyone considering a canoe or pack boat should put Swift at the top of their list. The hull designs, materials, and build quality are second-to-none, and it all combines to make an inspiring and more enjoyable experience on the water - and on the portage. Thank you, Bill Swift & Family.

And a big thank you to DY, all of the Swift employees, and Jason at Adirondack Lakes & Trails Outfitters for the exceptional service over the years.

I think canoes look beautiful. Putting the best of kayaks with the best of canoes is very appealing.

This is the best boats for the year that you've created. Very helpful. I'm getting mine in 2023. Was going to get the prospector but after watching this one and older ones I think the pack 13.6 is the boat for me.

Absolutely love my 2021 Prospector 14. So easy to paddle. Comfortable even after several hours of paddling. I fly fish from the boat and it’s stable enough to allow me to cast large flies with 8-10 weight rods. Lots of space for a few nights worth of backcountry camping gear.

for uniqueness and innovation, you've got to hand it to these guys. aesthetics too. stunning craft. as an owner of both canoes and sea kayaks, would love to try one of these pack boats someday.

They all look so beautiful! 🤘🤩

They're all very nice canoes/pack boats but that prospector 14' on the top right would be my choice. I like that you have enough room for two packs and can also adjust the seat height.

Finally got the 2021 Prospector 14 Pack in the water, after an early December delivery. This boat is fantastically stable in wind and waves...even when sitting perpendicular to the rollers. Once it's in the water, it's pretty darn sleek, and it cruises better than you'd expect. It's a fairly effortless paddle, counter to what many non-Prospector owners suggested. It's without a doubt, a fantastic canoe fishing platform. I had a lot of fishing gear in my boat this past week, and that was all packed up between my seat and the foot pedals. I could easily fit two big packs (camp pack in the rear, food pack up front) in the boat, in addition to the fishing gear, for a week or two in the wilderness. Wilderness tripping aside, and at 31 lbs in the Kevlar Fusion layup, with the Carbon handles and Thwarts, it's also easy to carry, which makes it a great boat for a day paddle... which I did several times during our little vacation. I love this boat...

I Been tripping in my pack 14 prosector and love it. It is realativly fast. I keep up with fast tandems no problem except into a head wind. can cruise at 5.5 km/h all day and not even get tired. Loaded or not handles wave as well as anything ive paddled. Just ordered my wife the cruiser 14.8. I am so curious to see the differences in stablity and speed.

Such a great run-through of the options, thank you! I'm leaning toward the cruiser 168 now, so much room for expedition gear 😍

The Pack 12.6 is very nice! Think i need to go ahead and order 1…. I can see it in my future.

I cannot decide between Cruiser Pack 15.8' and Prospector 14'; mostly just day trip, with some fishing. And I also have swivel seat pedestal with seat and aluminium platform from old Sea Eagle inflatable boat so I am leaning toward Prospector: my 50Lb child will feel comfortable, and who knows maybe I can "pack" my wife too ;)

they're the same hulls as a our tandem canoes. You can get a decent breakdown of each hull's style and shape from this video- kzbin.info/www/bejne/aX2mi41up9GgjdE

What’s the delivery time like for new orders now? I’m thinking of selling my kayak & switching to a pack boat, but I have to get the timing right so I’m not boatless 😂
@SwiftCanoeKayak2 жыл бұрын
right now the lead time is about 12 weeks. New orders that are coming in right now will be ready for early June.

Packboats not good for tripping? How do you get into and out of a packboat without a dock? Entry and exit beside a dock usually is not possible while tripping. Since packboats lack the initial stability of a good canoe, you would help viewers and prospective customers by showing practical methods for getting in and out of the packboat in realistic conditions such as steep shores, rocky shores, deep mud. I bought a Swift packboat recently, thinking it would be good for tripping, but I am thinking I should return it because I have found entry and exit difficult in natural conditions - with no dock.

I know I'm getting either the pack boat or the solo canoe with the multi height seat pod seating system. I've looked on your website and can't find the seat for that. Do you sell it? if so how much does it weigh?
@SwiftCanoeKayak2 жыл бұрын
If you'd like the multi-height seat pods, that's available as a solo canoe setup only. The kayak seat is available as a Pack boat only. You can get some info on the seat pods here- swiftcanoe.com/solo-canoe-options/. It's a $400 option and adds 0.5 lbs to a boat

One day somebody will figure a way to ekiminate those thwarts that you have to mash feet under.
