I like how his basic transformation is mostly the same but with more steps to make his two robot modes stand out more. That said, I think some of the steps are actually unnecessary. I liked the caterpillar treads on his feet just staying there. But he looks like big fun anyway.

The alt mode for Cybertron Universe Metroplex is a giant bucket wheel excavator. For his robot mode, the Sparkdrinker is his giant axe weapon but it surely cannot be held for Optimus Prime because it was too heavy for him.

Cybertron as a whole is vastly underrated these days. As is the decision to make all the Gigantians Irish in the dub. As such, it felt off to have that song in the background instead of the Cybertron theme. Also, it can't be a proper Legacy Metroplex if Optimus Prime can't hold Sparkdrinker. And now that I think about it, does it actually come with a Cyber Key to open the saw part?

Considering that the Worker Mode has an armored face, canons and the arms turned into weapons I see it more as a mode to fight normal size transformers while the Robot mode is to fight other Titans.

To be fair the original also had a 'work' mode that was just the legs not fully extended and the torso still compacted, for no other reason than it's 'the middle' of transformation. This version they at least tried to do something more with it, with the digger and saw arms and a safety shield over his face. It's still doofy, but also kind of endearing that they tried.
