Swifty Coffee Time - My routine

In summer and winter we keep the house around 68 Swifty. It warm when it's below zero outside in winter and cool enough when it is in the 90s during summer

We very much did, I was studying in Skellefteå and the coldest day we had there was -40°C. It's even in the newspaper if you don't belive me, because on that day they broke up the ice in the river and had a swimming contest.

People are used to certain temperatures. I live in Canada so I'm used to the cold, but in the summer when we get crazy temperatures like 40-45 I complain. Just like Swifty and other people living in warmer places...when it gets cooler they're not used to it.

COLD?In sweden we havent seen the sun in months.We hide in the snow to keep uselfs warm from the freezing wind. we are happy if the ice is thin enough for use to dig a hole in so we can take a bath in the lake. our kids climbs ice pilars like ur kids climb trees. when ever we are going to drink outside we have to put a lighter under our mouth so the water doesnt freeze on the way from the bottle to our mouth and if the bottle touches our mouth while drinking it will freeze on to our lips forever

It's funny how differently people experience temperatures, in Florida they obviously think 67*F is cold. Living in Norway though, i think everything above 50 is warm, even during winter i prefer to keep the temparature around 58 in my bedroom, sleeping with the window open.

It's not that cold, but like anyone you get use to a certain temperature. Just like some people can wear t-shirts in cold weather while others need coats and are still cold.

Man, 67 is 19.5 Celsius. Even in Australia that's a nice day, it's currently 32 Celsius here, which is around 92 Fahrenheit.

Swifty, you should let us know your schedule on your gym timing, what you eat, protein you drink. Work out sets, ect. I am trying to gain mass, I know you're decent size, I am trying to get that way.(200lbs goal, atm I am 170 not fat at all, just knowing knowledge from someone else would help!!!) A training guide and or a schedule from what you do would help jump start my lifestyle at the gym!
