Just a little tip once the liquid is boiling it will not raise any further in temperature, it will only evaporate. So once your liquid is boiling it's at it's hottest temperature. BTW boiling point is hotter then brewed coffee.

No, you can do RaF and use heirlooms and if your partner doesn't have heirlooms you will outlevel them, meaning you'll be at Like 350% while they're at 300%. I'm not sure if there is a bonus exp cap.

Its not a myth at all, if your body constantly is digests you can alter your metabolism. I have a really fast metabolism, and the days when I ate 4-5 times a day, I didn't ever get "hungry" but slight urges. Not to mention my energy was always constant, no up and downs of blood sugar. The times I do eat 3 heavy meals, I get hungry, I get tired, and energy isn't constant.

You're right. Salt has nothing to do with overall fatloss but it has everything to do with high blood pressure and cardiovascular problem. Avoiding salt is a good thing. No more than 2g should be consumed daily.

That would never happen. But multiple bank accounts is a good idea. I wouldnt say with different banks for each one though. You get more interest by keeping it in one. Just a thing to think about..

in the US it improves your credit rating if you can get a credit card and just past pay it back and it means swifty will have a lot of easy access cash to use, the more he uses the card and pays it back the better credit rating he will get meaning he can get a mortgage :) hope that helped

u can only have 250k insured in that bank not per account... u can have 10 accounts in that 1 bank but only 250k will be insured in combined amount, not per account. confusing but u would have to have multiple bank accounts AT separate banks if ur so worried a bank will collapse which usually... they dont..

by multiple bank accounts you mean with different banks, just to add, u cant have 3 bank of america accounts with 250k each it'll only cover 250k out of that 750k u have in there so it is combined not separate even tho its separate accounts, still same bank.. there are ppl who have millions upon millions in single accounts tho because usually banks won't collapse like that randomly and big banks will treat u nice...that is... if u got big money

that's so true, and it doesn't increase blood pressure if you eat the same amount of sodium everyday. also eating 6 meals a day doesn't make you loose weight any faster than 1-3 to meals a day. the only things that matter are macro nutrients and that you are in a calorie deficit diet so you will burn more energy than you consume. i get really sick that swifty doesn't understand these basic things about nutrition and fitness. also aspartame, stevia, and other sweeteners aren't bad for you.

Remember brotha, each time they run a credit check it drops your score by a few points. Im tellin ya, try Central FL credit union. Credit unions are much more cool because they are smaller. Dont check your credit but once a year, that way you can let the score get higher and higher. And leave SOME balance on the card, dont pay it off every single month, one of those banker tips they give ya. Has to show payments being made, not just paying it off.
