has this scooter been flown without the box? I see the airlines allow 39x26 for personal mobility device and this measures 42x26.

Very instructive video. Is the swifty one marine coming fully assembled too? I received mine with the handle disconnected and a 17mm spanner. Is it supposed to have these differences? Thank you.

Hi, yes the SwiftyONE MARINE have fancy hubs hence the different wheel nut size. Sometimes the handlebar is disassembled to fit everything inside the box safely. Did you manage to assemble yours ok? (Sorry for late reply! If you need any help, email [e-mail] to reach us directly.)

How essential do you think the mudguards are? Occasionally I might ride in wet weather. I'm a 67 year old female, and quite healthy; 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weight is 140 pounds. I'm concerned that the $38 mudguards are 1.25 pounds in weight. Is that 1.25 pounds each, or the 2 mudguards combined? I'm planning on buying the folding SwiftyONE MK3. I live in the USA. Thank you.

Hi Alison, the weight stated for the mudguards are for the pair. Not all of our customers purchase mudguards, but since you are in USA, I would go for it, as we can fit them in the scooter box and you won't be charged extra shipping.
