26 working days and 5 hrs a day it is 130 hours a month, how is it 93 hrs??? if we work for 26*5 hrs a month our salary should be 71*130= 9230(as per swiggy policy you only said Rs 71/hr). This is how private company suck the juice out of you and pay you less.
