my neon tetra with swim bladder disease is always under the oxygen tank and is usually at the bottom of the tank and is inactive most of the times, he is also swimming vertically, do you know what i should do?

What do u do if the fish refuse to eat the peas? (Edit: do i just carry on with the other options and hope for the best?)

You can stop regular fish feed for a day and then try feeding peas. Hope your fish recovers.
