It's rare, but if you hold a squid like this, it could bite you, at least if you're not careful. The humboldt squid's beaks are very big and very sharp, so don't hold it like this guy was holding it

NEVR swim with squids, they are highly aggresive and can bite off flesh with their strong razor sharp beaks!, so be careful around squids please :3

Last December a giant squid was found swimming in shallow waters in Japan. It was huge yet much more docile than THIS. Plot twist. Giant squids aren't aggressive.

Every self righteous drama queen whining about the fact that he is *gasp* holding it knows nothing about these monsters. The Humboldt is like a wolverine with tentacles, they are among the most horrific things in existence. If you encountered a school of them while swimming they'd swarm you, hold you under with their arms and cut your dying body to ribbons with their beaks. If you love the poor things go feed yourself to one.
