Yesterday I did a journal exercise of describing my higher self, the version of me that's out there somewhere on another plain, so I can understand how I need to level up in order to meet her where she is, so I can ascend in this lifetime. Today was the most productive, peaceful and joyful day I've had in a very long time. I highly recommend anyone reading this to try it. I titled mine "who is she and where will I find her" and started every sentence with "she is someone who..." and made sure not to use any negatives. Nothing about what she isn't, only what she is. Feels a bit odd but once I got going I wrote pages!

This is amazing! I literally did not know what day it was and went to a doctor appointment and was confused by the parking garage being empty and the doors to the building were locked. I am contemplating a pilgrimage in Spain. I have been training for months. Last week I walked 61 miles. I am physically ready, but I am trying to overcome fear.
