You know that training is harder than all your effort ever combined when you see the confused look on probably the most elite athlete group on earth. it must've felt like two deaths with a torture in between, you know you died first only for Bowman to resurrect you to back to life to make you swim a 400 im with a knife in your chest, that level of hard

Is Marchand going to go a 1:26 200 freestyle after splitting 1:28 in the relay last year? 42 and 44 splits seem absolutely reachable for him, particularly from a relay start.
