Me gusta mucho este video hace pocos días me quedé dura en la zona lumbar casi casi no podía caminar, y práctico ejercicios para estirar el piramidal? creo, pero sobre la cama por el dolor y la rigidez que tenía, tu rutina me parece fantástica, te consulto, tengo 66 años con esta rigidez lumbar en la espalda baja, cuantas veces por día puedo practicar esta tu rutina?? Is it a bad choice of chair (for legs exercices)? Or it is normal that you don't keep your back straight when your leg is swinging? Because it doesn't feel good for lombaries....sensitive people should be careful!!
