Your consistency, cool demeanor, simple and straight forward attitude is what keeps me coming back. You feel like a supportive friend getting me through the workouts. I appreciate the calm music, nothing crazy or annoying lyrics- and i suggest you never change your count down, buzzer, and bells sound effects because it is unique to you and at this point they are 100% key to your workouts! Thanks for everything you do, keep it up, and stay true to yourself. Your way of doing things js so much better in my opinion than other fitness influences on KZbin. You are a gem!

Same! I only ever recommend Maddie and Grow With Jo for walking workouts. I sometimes try to branch out but I always come back to these two because not only are their workouts the best for me, I also love their personalities and attitude.

What I usually do is pick a week of workouts (Mo full body, Tues cardio, Wed Abs&Booty, Thurs Cardio, Fri Legs and Upper Body, Sat yoga or stretch), then do these for four weeks before moving on.

Maddie, I am 42 and have always been super thin-even after having my 4 kids. I've always been so self concious and thought it was something I had to live with. I started working out for the first time in my life this January using your videos and girl, I have shape now! I’ve been doing this workout for a month plus now and I see a HUGE difference in my quads, glutes and hamstrings you gotta stay consistent and listen to her at least twice while doing the workout for correct form! After you got it you can play your music 😂 but I definitely recommend this workout if you want to strengthen your quads and grow your glutes and hamstrings ❤JESUS LOVES YOU

Oh man, I was painfully sore in the legs and booty for three days after this! Returning so I can keep getting stronger! Hope the soreness lessens over time and with practice 🙏 ~ I only have 5lb weights at the moment; will be going up to 8lb soon.

Great workout! Had my heart rate up, I was sweating, and really felt like I got a good workout. Just something I noticed! This is my first "more recent" workout of yours that I watched - I noticed that the sound quality (from my tv) was lower / more quiet than your videos from say 1 to 2 years ago. This one almost finished me. I could see how it would be super effective, but I've been struggling for the past two months with declining strength and the combo of relatively high speed, weights and tons of squats/lunges was just too much. I had to slow down, downsize the weights, lose the weights altogether and still barely made it through. Might revisit when I figure out why my fitness level seems to go backwards instead of up right now.

I found that the 15 second breaks were not enough for me. Give yourself more time in between sets :) helps a lot otherwise I wouldnt be able to finish either
