Yo padezco de estreñimiento hago dos veces a la semana a veces tengo que tomar fibra porque me estriño feo , me lo he hize dos dias seguidos y al segundo dia hize del baño y ya van tres dias seguidos que hago del bañó sin tomar fibra ni nada
