It was fun watching this, since I played a lot of shows with Indigo Swing in this scene and recognized a lot of people in the video. The funny thing was they featured three of our originals during the Monsters of Swing sequence in the 2nd part of this video (SwingThatThing2) but never credited us! It was nice seeing our old manager, Heidi Richman being interviewed. Good memories!

On the subject of meeting the opposite sex: It is unarguably a great way to socialize. However, I would advertise that part with care - I've seen some ppl who have picked up dancing PRIMARILY to flirt with the opposite sex, and it didn't carry them far. Anybody else have different/similar experience?

Too bad this is all Southern Cal.. no representation from SF, Austin, Chicago, etc.. but hey.. a nice walk down memory lane.
