This actually show's how good Joe's form is. Also just glad there's a bulky person doing this so I have a more accurate reference point for myself. Love the pros but I'm generally a wider body type than them.

That’s awesome! 2 of the top 5 Kettlebell coaches I watch closely to learn this art! Not sure I’ll get there but I’m in it as long as my body allows me! 👌🏽🤙🏽

Kettlebell snatches are fun. Joe, seeing some of your videos encouraged me to put the snatch back in my training arsenal

How he flicks the KB directly over his hand, however you subtly roll your wrist around the KB more. Is that just down to preference?

My observation and impression: Denis appears to take the kettlebell much further back before snatching it. Maybe this helps generate more force ? Your upper body physique seems to be built more for pressing. Do you know if you can press more than Denis?
@kettlebellmusclegain10 ай бұрын
We're very different in body type and density , mobility. My max overhead press is 4 reps of 2x40kg. Not sure what Denis is. Our lever lengths are very different as well. I have a very long torso and shorter arms therefore I can't really swing back too deeply otherwise I'll be flexing in my hip way more than is necessary but his arms are longer and his torso is shorter so it looks like it's deeper at the same hip hinge
