I have two 25kg kettlebells i also do farmer Carrys with. Never seen squats like this. I might try. It happens to be leg day for me tomorrow.

@@kettlebellmusclegain and lots of food 😂 No really if you would eat normal would you be as strong as today and could lift the same weight and volume or is it only possible with eating alot more than usual ? I always have wondered if you can archieve the same without eating more Its hard for me to do Not the extra muscle and weight just the athletic goals so to say
