Eda ഈ പ്രായത്തിൽ പട്ടിണി ഒന്നും കിടന്ന് weight കുറക്കരുത് കേട്ടോ. Junk food sugar carbonated drinks oke ഒഴുവാക്കി noku പിന്നെ നല്ല nutrient rich ആയിട്ടുള്ള food kazhikanm. .ചോറ് കുറച്ചിട്ട് അതിനുകൂടി veggies fruits കഴിക്കു..5 days a wk എങ്കിലും exercise ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രെമിക്കു happy ആയ്ട്ട് ഇരിക്കു. .😊👍

Thanik cervical disc bulge ullathkond it is better to consult a doctor before doing a particular exercise. Normally cheyunna exercise cheyyaamo ennenik ariyilla but ente arivil it is better to resume ur activity level slowly… full time bedil thanne kidakaruth… but before u start doing exercises pls pls consult with a doctor.. dont take any risks… for every problem there is a solution… 💪
