We put in a manual EF Civic rack into a DA Integra with some Energy Suspension bushings and Hard Race tie rod ends.

How did it work out on the one side that needed a fatter bushing? What did you use?

So with the manual rack swap in a da? Is doing the bushing spacing for the passenger side mount the only thing you need to do?

Yep. Use da tie rod ends. Not sure if it ultimately matters, but I did and it wasn’t an issue.

Did you have to turn the steer rack to get it out?? I can't seem to get my old one out. I dropped the exhaust do I need to drop the shift linkage too?

Not to get it out, put definitely to get it back in. Yes I had shift linkage out. I don’t see it possible to remove without dropping the shift linkage. The spindle that connects to the street column is too long. Let us know how it goes!

@@TheAdamConners got er done today. Was a pain but all good now. Still need to do some tie Rods cause I blew out the replacement ones removing the steering rack from pull and save.

Did you swap out the inner tie rod or you still used the ef one

I used the existing inner rod that came with the EF rack.

@@EMXQUIN I had to use extra on the passenger mount. The Energy Suspension kit didn’t come with a non power steering bushing.

@@EMXQUIN the tie rods aren’t what you need to be concerned about. It’s making sure the rack itself is properly tied down to the chassis.

@@TheAdamConners How did the steering U joint from The Integra fit onto the civic rack? Was reading that the splines are not the same so there could be a fitment issue.

@@brandonunderwood5290 I had zero issues with the splines lining up. I did have a pain in the ass problem getting the set screw back in all the way on the steering column shaft that mounts to the spline on the rack.
