Swiss crocodile on the Gotthard Railway | Ce 6/8 II 14253 with special train (4K)

(Subtitles available) Some railway lines and locomotives simply belong together, like the Gotthard Railway and the Swiss Crocodile. On August 8, 2020, the Ce 6/8 II 14253 undertook the stringing of the special train San Gottardo to Bodio from the Erstfeld depot. On the way back, the crocodile unfortunately suffered damage, which is why an Ae 6/6 took over the return trip. The recordings were made in Erstfeld, Silenen and Wassen.

Schöner Film. Ich war damals der Lf 😉 Eine kleine Ergänzung : das Krokodil hatte in Faido einen Hauptschalterdefekt. Darum wurde die Ae6/6 11411 (ZUG) in Erstfeld geholt. Diese diente bei der Rückfahrt als Zuglok. Das Krokodil lief geschleppt am Schluss mit. (Mit zweitem Lf an Bord)
