I feel the reason people are saying the game is dead is because veteran players like me are getting tired of the game in its current state, we've seen everything the game has to offer and were waiting for Unturned II (Unturned 4.0)

I have allways loved unturned but it is not the same. A cant play a game alone, i hate it and no one wants to play unturned because they think the game is dead, and then i wont play. Its not the same experience when you shot down 3 players and nobody is cheering and you heart is pumping when you get that sweet loot.

I remember when at first i told my friends to play Unturned and it was a very good game to them then after one month they didn't play it anymore because they went to Fortnite after idk 2 months they couldn't play fortnite because one update, when we met again i told them to try with me Unturned multiplayer, when we started playing we had a lot of fun joking around then they started to play it more often

Alright, unturned, a game i used to absolutley love, but now i hate even the idea of getting back into, the 3.0 that is, on unturned i have exactly 850hrs and just yesterday it was my most played game on steam, now its payday, i got back into it as it has a lot of things hapenning right now, content drops. The thing is, i LOVE survival games, but just not unturned as its the same every single time.Spawn-hit a tree till it fals-do that around 5 times, get crafting skills, create a makeshift rifle and be a god, that thing is way too op for what it is. I just got tired of that, 90hrs i played 2.0 back when 3.0 wasnt a thing, and ocassionaly i get back on unturned, but to play 2.0 with friends, the reason might be the fact that i have played way too much of 3.0 ,around 300hrs i spent playing in one server and no it wasnt your swiss, im sorry :( But that was just way too much for me, im not playing unturned 3 again, for a long time, I'll just wait for unturned 2 and hope its good.That just might be what cause all of the casuals to leave, the pure repetetiveness of the game. That might be the big issue ,why the player base has been dropped. I really hope that nelson somehow finds a way to make the game atleast a little bit less repetetive. Yes you might say that its just me being really picky, but im the kind of person that just cant be doing the same over and over and over again, i need diverity to keep playing and i feel like thats the case for the majority if any game's player base.I really do have high hopes for unturned 2. And for some reason i just cant help my self to torture you every time with theese long comments, sorry.

Yes, according to definition Unturned is not dead, you can still play it and others are playing it. But Unturned is not what is was anymore, its no longer survival, its all kits pvp rp servers. 80% of them don't even have zombies or loot spawns in their maps. So in reality, Unturned IS dead, the pvp kits rp community is just living in its dead carcass, like a hermit crab stealing a shell of a dead animal.

Unturned has become absolutely repulsive. The community is spoiled beyond reason. The vanilla servers are deserted and unless there's kits / tpa / 2-10x loot / home / vault and all the other cancer, nobody will play. The survival aspect died with 2.2.6 and ever since it's been nothing but mindless KOS. I regret wasting 1600h on this unoptimized, piece of shit game.
