Mr Tolmach I’m curious to know, when I watch your videos I see u sometimes use a jigger for some ingredients and then free pour other ingredients, im curious to know what’s the reasoning behind this? Is there certain ingredients that you like to free pour and others that you like to measure?

It just flow that way. Sometime I don’t want to dirty the jigger, sometimes I know that without it I will add quicker and righter and sometimes vice versa ✌️

I am afraid the recipe can’t make you winner. Competition is more about personality, oratory, communication and show. And recipe is just a topic and reason to presents all of your skills to judges. You can mix 2 ingredient cocktail and win, or collect fucking periodic table in the glass and lose. So better be yourself and try to do your best ✌️or you could join my Patreon channel, there are a lot of interesting ingredients for not one cocktail menu. And maybe in near future I will do some videos about winning cocktails championships. Peace ✌️
