Upair, fair, up b, and upsmash Lots of other things would be glorious for samus, stronger down tilt, better dash attack hitbox (just make the strong hit the early hit like others), giving her full CS all the shield damage again so she has a reason to use it and so she gets her shield break setups again, and buffed missiles, etc Moves with her arm cannon could have some disjoint and I think she’d be fine imo, especially upsmash and dair Also ftilt could come out frame 6 instead of 8, that would help her whiff punish game significantly

Kiato I agree with all of what you said, only thing is when they do balance changes I don’t think they will revert mechanics like ryu instant turning around or limit running out, so if he has to have limit run out he should get it sooner and have it last longer, like as long as an untouched joker Arsene If they could get rid of it entirely though I would much prefer that

Ultimate L he's not fine, he's missing hit boxes, literally you can see a move connect and it does no damage, and Nair is to small and limit goes away to early so people just run and camp it out, and having a recovery that doesn't snap to ledge is ridiculous for a character so weak, most times he's not killing before 150, I've seen Mario live to 200% and I seen several Characters live to 170%, your just salty that you where bad at the cloud matchup in smash 4

@@lil4skin867 limit cross slash doesn't kill at 130 at ledge, limit climb hazard almost never kills, limit blade beam only kills if used to edge guard otherwise it kills really late, and finishing touch hit boxes aren't consistent and the wind box hurts more than helps, b-air can be easily be spaced out and has to be set up into and u-tilt doesn't have that much range and isn't a reliable kill option to begin with. So the only way to kill with Cloud is to edge guard and set up back air confirms lol

We see Joker winning a lot of neutral at the micro game with these small conversions or just better trades that out space the other characters. Samus doesn't have to be a long range zone character, there are plenty of good safe pressure options up close. Basically only a non samus main will tell you that this character can't get away with close tatics.

9:32 commentator says that joker doing jab-jump dair is unsafe sheild pressure. I disagree with him, nit because I think it is safe, but because he is baiting a roll in. 9:22 he does this exact thing and even gets the read, as well as a nice combo for percent. The only difference is that ivy let go of sheild right then and instead of rolling, buffered air dodge. Nevertheless it had the same implication. I understand live commentators can't replay clips and may get some stuff wrong here and there, but come on man it JUST happened 😂

What Slep is saying is that jab 1 on shield is very minus and loses to a good oos option if you react or buffer it. It worked for Joker because Sparg0 probably wasn't used to dealing with it and wasn't ready for the situation, but if you know your character's frame data and have practiced against it it's not a favorable interaction for Samus.
