This song was played in the scene where Landon asked his father to give the best medication for Jamie after he knew that Jamie had a leukemia. Landon cried all the way driving home alone. Best sad scene in the movie. My fave scene, my fave movie, my fave song from the band. Brought me to tears every time 😭

ZOE Yes, this song is one of my favorites and it means so much. But it is also from a lot of people’s (including my own) favorite movie “A Walk To Remember”, which is based on and dedicated to Nicholas Sparks’ late sister. If you watch it, you understand why it’s so sentimental. In fact, Switchfoot has about four songs on the movie soundtrack. So naturally, many feel reminiscent when hearing this song. It’s the best of both worlds!
