You nailed a few of the problems I have had to work through coming from Maya! It can be so annoying and so difficult to get up to speed with Blender having worked in Maya for so many years. The muscle memory is really hard to change!

I feel you! Have you continued to use blender or have you gone back to Maya?

@@DallasDoan I have committed to using Blender only now for the last 6 months. Since 2.8 was released it has proven to have joined the community of professional 3D applications. Have not opened Maya for some time now but still fighting my fingers and keyboard and keep catching myself but I am convinced if I dont push forward with Blender I may as well just say the heck with it and go back, pay the absurd upgrade fee and just use Maya....;)
