Paul, on these modern carbs, they have high and low check valves that get stuck. You cannot fix them. New carburetor. If you insist on aftermarket, try to find HIPA brand carbs. And OEM fuel filters only. I've been a stihl gold tech for 13 years now and I've seen it all. 👍

The storage cars could be shoved on the rail line going 😅to Turner. The rail line to Amasa still is used for log loading as needed.

Years ago they started storing cars in unused track and sidings they were having trouble with thieves stealing brass plates on the empty cars around cities

IIRC there is a fixed fee called demurrage which is paid to the car owner.

So this railroad operates in Michigan and Wisconsin and they don’t give their crews shovels so they can be prepared to dig out of snow and ice situations during the winter.
