Plain and simple: Switchwords work. They are single words, sometimes combined, that represent whole ideas and desires but are funneled down into one easy word. That word bypasses the negativity in your conscious mind-you know, that part that says you’re going to lose?-and goes straight to your subconscious mind where it can do AMAZING work.

Another amazing story, For me to make the switch I need to make a conscious physical effort, like hug a tree, make a camp fire and make a tobacco offering, Sit by water, feeling a warm breeze on cool spring day will triger the switch, things that make you happy to be alive, i just watched a video yesterday with the same message she would go for a walk to make the switch, this is a topic that needs more attention these days I'll see if i can figure out how to add links to my videos And make a video about this topic if the video turns out ok i'll add a link about your story switchwords if thats ok, watching this video put me in a positive mood made the switch Thanks it came at the right time love you have a great day!🧡

While I don't think anyone would consciously choose to be a victim, sometimes it kind of "oozes" right in, you know what I mean? Whatever makes the switch is great. The physical switches you mentioned are the ultimate, I think. For me, it's a hike in the woods with a stop to make a small fire and tea. Loved it and I'll practice this more. Words are very powerful an old younger friend mentioned to me the other day that my mother just can't catch a break. And I told her that words are powerful. You see my mom who's 85 has broken her femur because she has dementia and tried to get up out of the wheelchair. It was funny she used those words about my mom because really she did catch a break.

Words truly are powerful, much more so than we think. Negative words have such a huge impact. But then, so do positive words. We're just usually surrounded by the negative. Need to "switch." (I had to giggle about your friend saying "catching a break," lol.)
